Utilising a secret blend of wagyu cuts that have been dry aged for 10 days, we’re once again showcasing the best of British. Our handcrafted preformed patties ensure a perfect balance of meat and fat which delivers a burger bursting with exquisite flavour and texture.
These patties are a fat 150g (approx 5.3oz) or a normal 115g (approx 4oz) and used for elite diner style burgers.
